Documentation Updates

If all goes well this should fix #2170 (closed). Fixes include hierarchy links (TOC), capitalization, spelling, punctuation, syntax, formatting, spacing, etc. I did not mess with any code or /ref links.

Tested this with Doxygen in Fedora and could not get the sidebar to show up exactly in order like it does currently but I expect it's a configuration issue that I don't understand. The TOC display's everything properly though.

This is the biggest MR I've submitted and I apologize in advance for the 43 commits I was hoping to only do one commit per file but that didn't exactly work out. So if I'm doing this wrong I'll go back to the drawing board and resubmit.

One of the weird things I noticed is that Gitlab started failing every pipeline check under analysis spelling, no idea what's going on there but if it's not good let me know.
