Fix breaking change from WirePlumber affecting applications using monitor nodes

Fix WirePlumber breaking change caused by wireplumber@f8ced47a

This change causes application using monitor nodes to be incorrectly connected to default nodes. For example, this causes OBS to incorrectly capture audio from microphone instead of output monitor devices.
