Draft: daemon: fetch the wireplumber setup through meson

Sits on top of !1012 (merged), only the last commit matters.

Rather than re-building the various paths, use the objects provided by wireplumber's meson files.

This requires wireplumber!238 (closed) and wireplumber!237 (merged)
