pipewire-pulse volume always set back to 100% after reboot/pipewire restart/pulse profile change

Version, Distribution, Desktop Environment: 0.3.22, Gentoo, Sway

Description of Problem: I'm using a Schiit Modi usb DAC and after every reboot the output device volume is set to 100%.

How Reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open pavucontrol/alsamixer and set desirable volume
  2. Reboot, change restart pipewire via systemctl --user restart pipewire or change device profile to anything else and back to Pro Audio.
  3. Volume is back to 100%

Actual Results: Output volume is 100%

Expected Results: Volume should be at last set %.

Additional Info Eg. pw-dump > file (As Attachment Please): pw-dump
