Steam Remote Play together captures all desktop sounds instead of only the game

Description of Problem: Steam Remote Play Together on PipeWire captures all desktop sounds. It should only capture the game audio as this is what happens with PulseAudio.
How Reproducible: Very Reproducible
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a game. 2.Start Remote Play Together with a friend. 3.They will be able to hear themselves as it capturing all the sounds not just the game.
Actual Results: It captures all sounds.
Expected Results: It should only capture the game.
Additional Info: This comment on the official steam bug tracker says they use pulseaudio to accomplish this: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/6670 Also I tried to use Catia to get it only capture the game but the game and steam only had outputs and no inputs yet it was capturing the game sound.
