Headphones are now being automatically turned off (instead of disconnected) now after Pipewire is stopped

Headphones are now being automatically turned off now after Pipewire is stopped / restarted (i mean, they got powered off) and their state in Bluez tools is still visible as if they were connected.

In this situation I have to use a procedure of:

  1. Disconnecting (even though they are not connected in reality) from blueman-manager
  2. Powering on the headphones
  3. Connecting from blueman-manager.

It's pretty annoying now, especially since Pipewire worked very well for that case previously, much better than any other software that might've controlled device power cycle - headphones were gracefully disconnected (not powered off) when pw stopped and they were automatically reconnected (when set as trusted) when it went back up.

Reproducible on WH1000XM3, on pw master.
