Changing resolution / connecting screen resets HDMI audio

Use-case:

  • HDMI audio, multiple screens
  • Play song in Spotify
  • Change screen resolution, frame rate or switch monitor off and on (not the screen with HDMI audio)
  • Audio stops, Spotify says "Can't play the current song."
  • HDMI profiles in KDE audio settings are doubled
  • Spotify needs to be restarted to work again

Might be related to #466 (closed).

Videos played in Firefox stop as well and can't be restarted.
