Debian 12 on Virtualbox with Intel HD Audio will result in non-loading videos

Description of Problem:
If you use Audio Controller: Intel HD Audio from VM audio settings, The videos will just keep loading without proceeding whether its local or on browser (youtube..), it looks exactly similar to this recorded video:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download debian:
https://www.debian.org/distrib/
- Install it on your virtualbox
- From VM settings go to Audio -> Audio Controller -> swtich it from ICH AC97 to Intel HD Audio (if its not)
- Increase RAM to 4GB
- Run the VM and play any video
- There you go
Expected Results:
work normally.

Workaround:
Switch to "ICH AC97" and it will work normally, though Intel HD Audio considered newer technology.
Note:
PulseAudio + Intel HD Audio + Debian = works
Pipewire + Arch Linux + Intel HD Audio = works
Pipewire + Debian + Intel HD Audio = Doesn’t work
Meaning its a pipewire in debian issue when using Intel HD Audio.
