KDE Spectacle Screen recording fails in 1.2.0 (working in 1.0.0)

• PipeWire version (pipewire --version): master
• Distribution and distribution version (PRETTY_NAME from /etc/os-release): openSUSE Tumbleweed
• Desktop Environment: KDE
• Kernel version (uname -r): 6.9.7-1-default

Description of Problem:

When attempting to make a video screen recording in KDE's spectacle, the application crashes when recording is ended.

It is not clear if this is a pipewire or KDE bug, but since rolling back to pipewire 1.0 seems to fix this for all, if the fix is here, it suggests maybe the bug is here, so I'm reporting it here to augment the KDE bug report

How Reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start screen recording with spectacle
2. Stop recording
3. Note spectacle has become unsresponsive
4. Errors present in journal

Spectacle freezes
