HSP/HFP input sampling rate might be wrong
Recent build 908dc6b1 on Arch Linux, bluez 5.55, Intel Wireless-AC 9260, and tested with two of my BT headphones.
This is not with hsphfpd
backend which is not enabled during the build, so I guess this is the native HSP
backend.
Trying to capture ~10sec audio with pw-record ends up in condensed ~3sec output.
The situation seems to be more extreme with PulseAudio clients and with GUI recorders you can actually see the time counter move slowly. One example of such a client is org.gnome.SoundRecorder
from Flathub.
I guess this is a sampling rate issue.
No such issue when choosing the integrated card's analog input, though I didn't try to connect an actual analog mic.
Nothing really in the log. I tried two of my BT headphones and notice the same behavior so I guess you should be able to replicate. Let me know if debugging logs are needed.
