Audio-support wiki page updates
Apologies for submitting this the way I am, but... while looking at the documentation in the wiki, I noticed that the Audio-support.md page was looking a little dated compared to the rest of the content, so I gave it a bit of a polish and refresh. Actually, here's the commit message:
Audio-support.md: Formatting and copyediting
- Reformatted the overall document with headings and subheads, rather than the previous top-level bulleted list
- Wrapped some data types and file/executable names in backticks
- Inserted Unicode glyphs (…, ±) in place of plaintext (..., +-)
- Replaced some loaded terminology ("master", "simple", etc.) with equivalent language having fewer undertones / unwanted connotations
That commit is 1cf10960 in my fork. But having created that, I'm not finding any way to submit an MR against the wiki content — every attempt I make keeps wanting to pull the entire wiki content onto the master
branch of the main PipeWire repository.
Apologies if I'm just being thick and missing something, but is there a way to submit wiki changes as merge requests? If someone can point me at it I'll be happy to go that route instead. In the mean time, the updates mentioned above are all present at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/ferdnyc/pipewire/-/blob/1cf10960644a5d166fb520a43c5b473bcf78d0f5/Audio-support.md for consideration as updates to the "Audio support" wiki page.
