Pipewire crash when switching profiles on Motu M4

Description of Problem:
Cannot at present use the Motu M4 audio interface as it causes pipewire to crash.
How Reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
- Ensure Motu M4 is connected
- Login
- Attempt to change profile to Analog+Stereo Input/Outputs
Actual Results:
- Pipewire crashes.
- Spew of errors in journal (impossible timeout)
- Pipewire restarts, profile dissapears from selection
- Intermittently, audio is broken for other devices (robotic)
Expected Results:
Can switch, and then use Mic 1L etc... inputs
