raop: duplicate sink for airplay2 speaker

  • PipeWire version (pipewire --version): Compiled with libpipewire 0.3.61 Linked with libpipewire 0.3.61

  • Distribution and distribution version (PRETTY_NAME from /etc/os-release): Arch Linux

  • Desktop Environment: KDE

  • Kernel version (uname -r): 6.0.11-arch1-1

Description of Problem:

I have a pair of AudioPro C10 MK II speakers that are airplay2 capable. When loading the raop module, I seem to get a duplicate set of sinks for each of the speakers.

How Reproducible:

Every single time

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load raop module
  2. Restart pipewire systemd unit

Actual Results:

Each speaker is listed twice in the KDE Plasma Audio Applet, pavuinfo, pw-cli dump, etc

Expected Results:

Each speaker is listed only once in the KDE Plasma Audio Applet, pavuinfo, pw-cli dump, etc

Additional Info (as attachments):

  • pw-dump > pw-dump.log: pw-dump.log
