Garbled sound when using different sample rate interfaces in Bitwig
Hello and sorry for this post which is more a question than an issue, but after googling for a few hours I didn't find a solution to my problem.
- PipeWire version (
pipewire --version):pipewire Compiled with libpipewire 0.3.58 Linked with libpipewire 0.3.58 - Distribution and distribution version (
PRETTY_NAMEfrom/etc/os-release): Ubuntu 22.10 - Desktop Environment: Gnome
- Kernel version (
uname -r):5.19.0-23-generic
Description of Problem:
I use Bitwig with two external audio interfaces :
- a RME Fireface 802 plugged in firewire, with this driver (https://github.com/alsa-project/snd-firewire-ctl-services)
- a Yamaha YC61 keyboard plugged in USB
The fireface has a sample rate of 48kHz and the Yamaha 44.1kHz.
In Bitwig settings, the driver model is PipeWire and the sample rate is automatic.
Everything works fine if I use only one interface.
As soon as I set inputs from the Fireface and the stereo input from the YC61, the sound crashes.
How is it possible to use the two interfaces together?
Thank you
