USB Camera always opened

When digging for consumption on my laptop. I see that my camera was 100% on, making use of USB bus.

Digging, I see that was pipewire that was opening /dev/video0 all the time (even if not used):

$ powertop

$ fuser /dev/video0

$ ps   2473
