pipewire-jack through portal

Jack is quite hard to sandbox in a way that works deployed to other environments since there's more or less 1:1 requirement from server and client. We were looking into pipewire-jack as a way to bridge this issue but it resulted in issues like https://gitlab.com/freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk/-/issues/1010. Is pipewire-jack supposed to work over portals through application sandbox at all?
