pipewire-pulse: mp3 file played partialy or with random hangs

Source: "test" by google translate speech engine test.mp3

[mp3 @ 0x557771477a20] Estimating duration from bitrate, this may be inaccurate
Input #0, mp3, from 'test.mp3':
  Duration: 00:00:00.91, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 32 kb/s
    Stream #0:0: Audio: mp3, 24000 Hz, mono, s16p, 32 kb/s

Playing in mplayer - i hear only "te" and audio ends.

Playing in VLC - i hear full "test", but with random hangs after "te"

And in VLC i see error:

[00005642eed53c40] pulse audio output error: sink input killed!
[W][000036711.405348][impl-node.c:926 node_on_fd_events()] node 0x7fa4900070d0: read 2 failed Invalid argument

Server log: pw.2.log

mplayer log: pw_mplayer.log

vlc log: pw_vlc.log
