Surround sound profiles broken after 0.3.43 update.

  • PipeWire version (pipewire --version):
Compiled with libpipewire 0.3.43 Linked with libpipewire 0.3.43

  • Distribution and distribution version (PRETTY_NAME from /etc/os-release):
    arch

  • Desktop Environment:
    GNOME 41.3

  • Kernel version (uname -r):
    5.16.1-arch1-1

Description of Problem:

Configuration profiles used to work before update. Now having selected Analog Surround 5.1 Output produces no sound anywhere (firefox etc) but in settings the tests show no sound for FL and FR just audio for RL, RR, FC, Sub. To get some of the speakers working I need to switch to Analog Stereo Output for applications (firefox) audio to work but audio coming through to everything but FL/FR.

How Reproducible:

Install latest update? Can confirm fresh install of arch with latest pipewire default settings having the exact same issue I am having, so I can cross off the list that it was something I have installed that's conflicting, prior to v0.3.43 it worked out of the box for a fresh install...

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:

Profiles seem to be mixed up. Any configuration thats not Analog Stereo Output it doesn't work correctly

Expected Results:
