pipewire-pulse 3.40. Broken tcp input

Description of Problem:
After upgrate to 3.40 (from 3.39) broken pulseaudio tcp input. pipewire-pulse listen socket and accept connections but have not reaction.
How Reproducible:
Install 3.40, Configure tcp input, test without PULSE_SERVER env variable (it's ok), test with PULSE_SERVER (fail).
Steps to Reproduce:
- upgrade pipewire, pipewire-pulse from PPA (https://launchpad.net/~pipewire-debian/+archive/ubuntu/pipewire-upstream)
- configure tcp input in pipewire-pulse and restart it

- use mpg123-pulse (or another player) with PULSE_SERVER variable (
PULSE_SERVER=tcp:127.0.0.1 mpg123-pulse ~/test.mp3
).
Actual Results:
Get error [src/libout123/modules/pulse.c:107] error: Failed to open pulse audio output: Timeout
or equivalent in another player
Expected Results:
Playing media file.
