Description of Problem:
Dear developers,
when switching card profiles using 'pactl' or 'pavucontrol' while a program (should be called a client, right?) is currently playing audio, results in no audio output. In case of VLC I have to stop (not pause) playback, then audio comes back again; in case of Firefox, e.g. youtube videos stops playing, the tab must be reloaded in order to play video and audio again.
I have provided logs (with PIPEWIRE_DEBUG=3) from pipewire, pipewire-pulse and wireplumber, while testing VLC. Logs are commented to show the variuos steps.
Please let me know what else You need in order to trackdown this issue.
How Reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play some audio with e.g. vlc, You can listen to sound
- Change card profile with 'pactl' or 'pavucontrol', sound disappear.
