Update README.md ? Can now replace reference `qjackctl` --> `dpwgraph`
Sorry if this is a duplicate issue. I would hope for guys to already be aware of this matters. Also will soon be upgrading this system from ubuntu 21.04 --> 21.10. During next few weeks. And will update this issue with a status update / revisit after performing the upgrade. In case anything changes. Or if nothing changed and problem persist (either way). Many thanks for pipewire! It is an excellent project,

Description of Problem:
The picture says it all really...
How Reproducible:
More and more devices appears over time. During a long lived desktop session. Things begin clean after a fresh reboot. Then gets progressively more cluttered. Over a period of a few days typically.
Just open some inoccuous looking desktop programs. Things like 'nemo' (file manager), or 'libreoffice'. Also it seems 'mutter' appears after a little while. Display is showing hundreds of output on it
Steps to Reproduce:
- ubuntu 21.04
- budgie desktop (they bring their own fork of mutter)
- override jack .so library globally with the env var (always)
- setup jack server through qjackctl gui, view connections graph
Actual Results:
Many devices
Expected Results:
Something fewer devices maybe? IDK! hehe.
But maybe you can tell me, perhaps if the problem is a known issue being worked on. Or if are already future milestones and longer term plans to replace certain components? Or perhaps it's some bad external interactions with other connected software? And pipewire itself is not the one to be fixed. Then please let me know. Thank you for looking into this issue. And shedding further light on the problem.
Additional Info
Eg. pw-dump -N > file
(As Attachment): File attached below.
pw-dump-dreamcat4-many-devices
BTW Another problem (perhaps not the same issue):
SOMETIMES, a running media program, like kodi or vlc. Will be playing back streams with different codecs. And the streamed playback source will contain errors in the data steam. Occasionally when this happens it will break the audio pipe. And that playback application will dissapear from the devices graph in qjackctl. Then it will no longer be routed anymore by jack server. And will instead end up going to the default route. Whatever that is.
In order to recover from that situation I must quit qjackctl, (which is exiting the jack server too). And then also restart the broken application. Upon reload qjackctl. Then the app re appears and normal connections are restored.
Please let me know if that is another a known existing issue to the pipewire team. Or if it requires raising a brand new issue for tracking purpose.
