gst: pipewiresrc does not set its node_id when setting a file descriptor

When setting the file descriptor of the gst element, its node_id (its "path" property) is still set to NULL, nor there is a way to get the node_id from the descriptor from the gst plugin.

Context: We are using the xdg portal for the camera which returns a file descriptor, naturally doing a screen cast and using the camera at the same time will cause undefined behavior if no node is specified. Is is a bad idea to pass a random node_id?
