Question: pw-metadata -n settings 0 clock.force-quantum <buffer-size>
Version, Distribution, Desktop Environment: KDE NEON 5.22.2 | Kernel 5.11.0-22 Generic
Description of Problem:
While trying to set up one virtual device using hesuvi atmos.wav file I see the tutorial here
wants me to lock quantum.
pw-metadata -n settings 0 clock.force-quantum <buffer-size>
But I have no idea what to put in
Just follow the steps here
Steps to Reproduce:
Same as above.
Virtual device created but no sound. And gives an error "Jack buffer size change, exiting."
Expected Results: A working virtual surround device.
Now I tried "pw-metadata -n settings 0 clock.force-quantum 48000" And after hitting "pw-jack jconvolver -s pipewire-0 ~/virtual-surround/Hesuvi-Atmos-jconvolver.config" I get "Fragment size is too large"
