Support advanced codecs in AD2P profile

Created by: Sesivany

PulseAudio currently doesn't support other codecs than SBC in the AD2P profile although there are initiatives to support them. PipeWire as the future replacement should support various codecs (LDAC, AAC, AptX, AptX-HD...) used in the AD2P profile if the codecs are available in the system. It significantly improves sound quality for bluetooth speakers.

Note that supporting LDAC via libldac may require an explicit license exception because there are questions about compatibility of LGPL 2.1 and MIT license.
