Middle click drag for spanning view around

Hello! Currently, navigation with a mouse isn't so great in Helvum. Adding middle click drag for moving the view around would be appreciated. Middle click drag is a relatively standard method of providing easy drag for mouse users. Krita, Inkscape, Gimp, etc all does it

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
