server: test for touch events starting in disabled device · 1ffa8484

evdev up to including 2.9.0 sends that through to the server, causing a
warning. The event is discarded, so it's not an issue otherwise.

provide a new one that opens a new display connection and thus doesn't mess
up our event queue.
