`vkCmdCopy*` for `VK_FORMAT_D32_SFLOAT_S8_UINT`
Because it's an 8-byte format and stencil is only one byte, we can't use the DMA engine for the stencil component. We'll either need to use a shader, or do a copy through a temporary. If the 2D blit hardware had integer formats, we might be able to bind as RGBA16_UINT
and do something clever there but, alas, it doesn't do integers.
