ext/openxr: Bump OpenXR headers to 1.0.33
- Download and unzip from https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenXR-SDK/releases/tag/release-1.0.33.
- Copy all header files in include directory to src/external/openxr_includes/openxr.
