d/wmr: use u_extents_2d_split_side_by_side instead of u_device_setup_split_side_by_side

This is to eliminate confusion surrounding dummy values that you have to pass into u_device_setup_split_side_by_side to make it work, then it setting the FOV to a dummy value, then the driver overwriting the FOV later.
