OpenHMD incorrect distortion
When running on Oculus Rift CV1 with OpenHMD 0.3.0 the compositor produces only a very small view (around 200x200 px) in the center of each eye.
This seems to be cause by the commit 9b662596 which changed the viewport scale and lens center values to some constants. Was this change here intended? If I change it to use the commented out values the distortion works almost correctly (there still seems to be a small "bump" in the center in which objects appear slightly smaller)
