"Service Option" in WDS Get Current Data Bearer Technology is a 3GPP2-only thing

There's no point in printing the "Service Option" field for 3GPP devices.

sudo qmicli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm1 --wds-get-current-data-bearer-technology
[/dev/cdc-wdm1] Data bearer technology (current):
              Network type: '3gpp'
   Radio Access Technology: 'lte'
            Service Option: 'unknown'
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
