hook sms reading into mbimcli

Hello,

I'm trying to hook the sms reading of the library into mbimcli but it does not work for me at the the moment.

The following command with the patch applied gives:

$ sudo ./mbimcli -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --sms-read-all error: couldn't open the MbimDevice: Operation timed out: device is closed

Any hint?

KNOWN ISSUES:

• sms-read=X option parsing does not work
• should i implement the two reading methods for each sms format type?
