This set of patches extends MMSimQmi to use the QMI_UIM_READ_TRANSPARENT to read ICCID and IMSI when the deprecated QMI_DMS_UIM_GET_ICCID / QMI_DMS_UIM_GET_IMSI commands aren't available on newer QMI modems.
