Modem disappears after sleep

Hi, I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.3 with latest ModemManager 1.12.2; if I close the lid and reopen it, the modem disappear. I'm attaching the files to deeper the analysis. In the middle of the networkmanager and modemmanager, I put some blank lines in order to find when I close the lid.

I can supply, if needed, all the info to solve this issue.
