location: include CDMA SID, NID and BSID in the CDMA location info

The CDMA location information should not only give Lat/Long of the BS, but also the SID, NID and Base Station ID (if available). This would be equivalent to what we do with the 3GPP location, but for CDMA.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
