Include transfer-route MT patches in mm-1-16 branch?

Any chance these patches could be in the next 1.16.x release so we can take advantage of them? I've been running these patches since I finished them up, using MM 1.16.4, and have been able to receive MMS on the Librem 5.

The only change to make those patches apply cleanly on the mm-1-16 branch is changing this line to '180': 205e9edf
