telit: use #QSS=2 to enable SIM ready indications

Description

AT#QSS=2 allows us to enable indications that will tell us when the SIM is completely ready to access phonebook and SMS storage; so we could use that as part of the after-sim-unlock step to check for readiness, without having to wait the full wait time (initially 1s).
