SMS WAP notificatons, from MMS messages aren't getting registered on verizon

When I send myself an MMS message, I believe I should get a SMS notifying me of the message with details about the MMS as described in #227 (closed). But nothing shows up on mmcli for me and I also don't get sms messages with contacts, so i think the two might be related. I can send and receive messages with text just fine.

The messages show up as received in ModemManagers debug log(attached below), but they don't show up in mmcli(--messaging-list-sms).

I am on verizon, with a pinephone, so I'm using a Quectel modem. And I used an iphone on verizon to send myself these messages.

when I receive a contact: receivedContact.log

When I receive a picture: receivedPicture.log
