tests that should skip fails

Zink doesn't expose the PIPE_CAP_MEMOBJ-cap, so the GL_EXT_memory_object extension isn't supported.

Yet for some reason, we fail the ext_external_objects piglit tests, instead of seeing them skipped. This seems suspicious to me.
