News page lost all its dates

Probably the biggest reason I ever looked at the news page was to recall the dates when old releases happened, as a rough proxy for when certain features were added / drivers removed / etc. This is now much harder to find.

For example https://www.mesa3d.org/news/page/5/ has no dates listed for any of the releases it mentions, nor does it reflect the link from https://www.mesa3d.org/news/releases/mesa-19-0-6-is-released/ through to https://docs.mesa3d.org/relnotes/19.0.6.html (this last of which does show the date).
