Expose bgrx srgb

Tapani Pälli requested to merge tpalli/mesa:expose-bgrx-srgb into master

Patches add new DRI format __DRI_IMAGE_FORMAT_SXRGB8 and expose MESA_FORMAT_B8G8R8X8_SRGB visuals from i965 driver. Testing was done using gnome-shell and plasma desktops + programs known to prefer these visuals.
