Remove gl_config::haveDepthBuffer, haveAccumBuffer, haveStencilBuffer fields

Another simple clean-up task:
These boolean fields are redundant. Instead of code checking "if (visual->haveDepthBuffer)" we can simply do "if (visual->depthBits > 0)".
