Compute copies do not handle SUBSAMPLED formats

Those are not supported as far as image storage goes*, so they have to be reinterpreted as an 32-bit format.

Not sure what to do wrt width and x though, and where to do that in radeonsi. Triggered since SDMA got disabled for GFX8.
