[bisected] [radeonsi] GPU hangs/resets while playing interlaced content on Kodi with VAAPI
I recently updated mesa to 19.3.1 and I started getting frequent, but somewhat random GPU hangs and resets while watching interlaced DVB streams (H264) on Kodi PVR. For some reason these hangs/resets only seem to occur when playing interlaced content. Usually these hangs occur when starting live tv playback or during channel switches.
After bisecting, it seems that this is the first bad commit

I haven't had a single hang/reset since I've reverted that commit.
I'm not sure what information I should include, because I'm using GBM version of Kodi (without X11/Wayland -> no Xorg/Wayland/glixinfo logs).
Software versions that I'm using
- Kodi v19 from git (GBM with desktop gl)
- kernel 5.4.6
- mesa 19.3.1
- llvm 9.0.1
