[ICL / Iris] (recoverable) GPU hangs in Unigine Heaven & Valley
Iris has GPU hangs in Ungine Heaven & Valley on ICL-U with latest drm-tip kernel & Mesa.
Use-case:
- ./valley_x64 -project_name Valley -data_path ../ -engine_config ../data/valley_1.0.cfg -system_script valley/unigine.cpp -video_app opengl -sound_app null -video_mode -1 -video_fullscreen 1 -video_multisample 0 -video_width 1920 -video_height 1080 -extern_define ,BENCHMARK,RELEASE,LANGUAGE_EN,QUALITY_HIGH

Notes:
- There are GPU hangs also in GfxBench AztecRuins, and SynMark CSDof, HDRBloom & TerrainFlyTess after this test
- Heaven, Valley, TerrainFlyTess and AztecRuins tests all do tessellation, so maybe these hangs are related to that? (CSDof & HDRBloom don't do tessellation, but they have their own bugs)
- Except for TerrainFlyTess, I don't have Iris data for this from earlier GENs. TerrainFlyTess didn't hang on earlier GENs, but it did hang earlier on ICL => seems like an ICL specific issue, but not a regression
