Rename gen prefix to intel in common code

This series is in continuation of naming cleanups which @kwg started in !9207 (merged). I'm here making the changes to replace "gen_" prefix with "intel_" in common code. This would move us closer to our goal of being consistent in prefix usage across intel drivers.
