docs/features: add lima features

This was mostly generated through scripts parsing glxinfo and then some manual adjustments.

Note that lima is mostly a GLES 2.0 driver so its usefulness on this list is a bit limited. But there was a long standing user request to include it here and I guess it's better than nothing to be on the radar. vc4 is also GLES2 only and is already listed there.

The extension list might not be fully correct, hopefully putting it there for comparison also helps tracking if something is wrong or missing.

I tested this with a local build of https://github.com/MightyCreak/mesamatrix too.
