gitlab-ci: add intel APL and GLK devices with manual triggers

This adds support to intel APL and GLK in with .test-manual. The devices still have experimental support in LAVA, so we don't want them enabled automatically in production yet.

This will help both developers to use the devices sooner for testing and the Collabora LAVA lab team to gather more data about the stability of each device.
