Android aco r600 fixes

Please review the series, better with acknowledgement of Android build expert, expecially the last two commits that required to change cppflags to avoid build errors.

I'm not sure if this change of cppflags to fix build error is the correct way, or if r600/sfn source code should be instead changed to avoid those errors.
