intel/tools: Cleanup decoded Xe KMD error dump

What does this MR do and why?

Due to changes in Xe KMD error dump, the decoded output still had some binaries that Mesa has no interest into. So here doing some changes to the parser to avoid those binaries and future ones in the decoded output.
